At Astra Jewelers, each piece we create is made with care and intention. Because most of our jewelry is custom-designed, returns are not accepted. However, your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we will work closely with you to make any reasonable modifications to ensure your piece is exactly as you envisioned.
Custom Jewelry
• All custom engagement rings and bespoke fine jewelry are final sale.
• We are happy to provide adjustments or modifications after delivery (such as resizing, polishing, or design refinements) to ensure your complete satisfaction.
• Please note that major design changes after completion may incur additional costs.
Ready-Made Jewelry & Merchandise
• Select items from our ready-made collection are eligible for return or exchange.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase, in unworn and original condition, with all packaging and certificates included.
• Exchanges may be offered for store credit at our discretion.
• Final sale items will be clearly marked.
Modifications & Repairs
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Astra Jewelers piece. If you need modifications, repairs, or cleaning, we are happy to assist. Some services may carry a fee, which will be communicated in advance.
